Customer satisfaction is our top priority
We will provide timely, courteous customer service. If ever we’re discourteous, unprofessional or if customers’ inquiries are not handled in a timely manner, we ask you to let us know. Customer comments are graciously accepted and used to help us improve our service.
We will repair a customer’s pool vac by the date promised. If we fail, we’ll automatically deduct 5% from the final repair bill. This commitment does not apply during severe storm conditions or emergency events, if access to the premises is not available or is deemed unsafe, if contractors are the cause of the delay, or if extenuating circumstances prevent timely arrival to the property.
We will notify the customer within 15 minutes of a scheduled appointment of our estimated arrival time. If we are more than 30 minutes past the scheduled arrival time we will deduct 5% from the final repair bill.
We will provide customers with an accurate bill. If a customer’s bill is inaccurate, in addition to correcting it, we’ll automatically apply a 5% discount to the final repair bill. This does not apply to repair estimates.
We will respect each customer’s property. Any area we may use to perform our service will be cleaned and returned to the condition it was prior to the service. If our employees damage property, they will initiate a prompt, mutually agreeable resolution of the problem.
We will protect all customer information. Any personal information collected in the normal process of rendering our service will never be left unsecured or given out to anyone accept when required to do so by law.
We will protect all banking and credit card transactions. Our credit card process is PCI compliant and uses the latest data encryption methods. We never acquire or keep credit card or bank account numbers or information.
